1. Ticket Policy

All ticket sales are final.
We do not offer refunds, credits, or exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to changes in personal circumstances, illness, travel disruptions, or scheduling conflicts.

Tickets are non-transferable unless approved in writing by the organiser. Any unauthorised resale or transfer may result in cancellation without refund.

2. Event Access

Your ticket grants access only to the specific day(s) purchased.

3. Event Content & Experience

Destination: CEO is a professional development experience that may include elements of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), breathwork, sound activation, and other experiential modalities designed to support mindset, clarity, and embodiment.

By attending, you acknowledge that you are participating voluntarily and are responsible for your own wellbeing during these experiences.

If you have any physical, emotional, or psychological sensitivities, please notify the event team prior to participating in such sessions.

4. Changes to the Event

The organiser reserves the right to make reasonable changes to event content, speakers, schedule, or venue where necessary.
If the event is postponed or relocated, your ticket will automatically transfer to the new date or venue. Refunds will not be provided for rescheduling or venue adjustments.

5. Cancellation Policy

In the unlikely event that Destination: CEO is cancelled in full by the organiser, you will receive a credit towards a future event or program of equal value.
No cash refunds will be issued.

6. Behaviour & Conduct

We’re committed to creating a safe, empowering, and inclusive environment for all participants.
By attending, you agree to:

Treat all attendees, team members, and speakers with respect and professionalism.

Refrain from any disruptive, discriminatory, or inappropriate behaviour.

The organiser reserves the right to remove any participant violating this policy without refund.

7. Intellectual Property

All materials, content, frameworks, methods, and intellectual property shared during Destination: CEO — including but not limited to slides, visuals, exercises, and verbal teachings — remain the sole property of Sasha Eburne and her associated entities.

You agree not to record, reproduce, share, or distribute any part of the event content, nor to post screenshots, materials, or proprietary frameworks on social media or any public platform without prior written consent.

Any unauthorised use of event content may result in legal action.

8. Photography, Video & Media Release

By attending the event, you grant Sasha Eburne and authorised event partners permission to capture photographs, video, and audio during the event. These may be used for promotional, educational, or marketing purposes.

If you prefer not to appear in photos or videos, please advise the event team in writing before the event begins.

9. Liability Waiver

By attending, you agree to take full responsibility for your own health, safety, and belongings.
The organiser, its affiliates, and partners accept no liability for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property occurring during travel to, from, or at the event venue.

10. Payment Terms

All tickets and upgrades must be paid in full at the time of booking unless a payment plan is explicitly offered.
Failure to complete payments may result in forfeiture of your ticket and any funds already paid.

11. Public Health & Force Majeure

If public health restrictions, natural events, or circumstances beyond our control affect the ability to host the event as planned, it may be moved online, rescheduled, or adjusted.
Your ticket will automatically transfer to the revised format or date. Refunds will not be provided.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
Any disputes related to ticket purchase or participation will be handled under these laws.
